Events that Make a Difference

Independent Film Debut - by East Valley Institute of Technology, EVIT TV Productions class

Students from Paul Hoeprich’s TV Productions class will hold a film festival at the Tempe Marketplace Harkins Theatre to showcase some of their work.  The theatrical premiere will feature nine short films from the advanced students as well as highlights from the past school year.  Students from Hoeprich’s class have earned regional accolades through the National Student Television Academy Awards.  The premiere is not to be missed.

The premiere will be held Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 7:00 PM at the Tempe Marketplace Harkins Theatre; 2000 E. Rio Salado Pkwy, Tempe, AZ 85281. The premiere is open to the public, interested friends, family and students. Tickets are $3 at the door.
